A little message from the fundraising committee:
So I am a part of the Fundraising Committee, and we have just received word that we had signed up to do the BBQ for this weekend’s Kids Triathalon on Sunday Sept 17th from 10-2pm.
The new Coordinators haven’t been given much information to go on, so I’m helping out and said I could try and rally some volunteers to BBQ, take money, and generally help put out buns and empty bins etc…. Please text me at (250) 430-7311 if you can fill an hour or two time slots, and please spread the word- as we also haven’t been given a class list or anything like that to contact all parents….
I appreaciate your short notice help in advance
